Raw Truth Skincare & Personal Care Products:

• For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.

• Unopened, unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for online store credit.

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll make it right.

Apparel & Print-on-Demand Items:

• Because these products are custom-printed just for you, we cannot accept returns for size or preference.

• If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

General Notes:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective/damaged.

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit once approved.
