🛒 Purchase & Cancellation Policy

At Raw Truth LLC, every order is carefully processed to ensure quality and timely fulfillment. Please review our purchase and cancellation terms below:

Order Processing

• Once your order is placed, it is automatically sent to our fulfillment team (Raw Truth LLC, Printify, or Sync C partners).

• Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once production or packaging has begun. Please review your cart carefully before checkout.

Cancellations

• Within 2 hours of purchase: If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to cancel it. Please email us immediately at info@rawtruthbyz.com with “Cancel Order” in the subject line.

• After 2 hours: Orders are considered final and cannot be cancelled, as fulfillment has likely already started.

Refunds & Returns

• All purchases are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

• Skincare & personal care products are only returnable if unopened/unused and within 14 days.

• Printify and Sync C apparel and custom items are not returnable for size or preference. Defects or misprints are covered for replacement.

Non-Delivery / Lost Orders

• If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days. We will work with our carriers and fulfillment partners to resolve the issue.
